Hi everyone,

While Mum ws visiting recently I introduced her to Rachel Palmieri, my upline.  We had a cuppa and spent all afternoon chatting without making cards. A wonderful time.  I could not attend Rachel’s class the next day as I was taking Mum to the airport at that time.

Just before we left, we asked the se her cards.  As you might have read in previous posts, Mum loves making cards too.  Anyway, below are different versions on the card that Rachel showed us.

The first one is close to the original.  i used another current designer series paper, Hues of Happiness, which can be found in Annual Catalogue ©2022 Stampin‘ Up!®, page 132.

The following cards have retired designer series paper.  I like to make at leat one card using current designer series paper then start playing with them in different retired designer series paper.

Below I have changed from portrait to landscape.  Love this template. You can step it up and turn the card around.  So versatile.

Have you used Stampin Up products before. One of the reasons that I became a demonstrator/hobbyist was because I love the colour combos.  Stampin Up provides cardstock, ribbon, stamp pad, and matching designer series paper and sometimes matching glitz to enhance the cards.  If you are a bit pedantic with colour combinations Stampin Up is your friend. They certainly have my vote.

The current Annual Catalogue is available on this blog.
