Colour Creation Week 17 Crumb Cake

 Hi everyone, 

A group of Stampin Up Demonstrators and Hobbyists are working through each colour cuurently available in the catalogues. Crumb Cake is this week’s colour.  

Here is my example.  I have seen these cards where there is a white flower on a darker background. I am not sure how the others were created.  I have not looked for a video yet.  

I created this one using White stamp pad, and Thankful Garden Stamp Set and stencils.  A lIttle variation in the white is evident.  Not bad for a first attempt. 

Have you used Stampin Up products before. One of the reasons that I became a demonstrator/hobbyist was because I love the colour combos.  Stampin Up provides cardstock, ribbon, stamp pad, and matching designer series paper and sometimes matching glitz to enhance the cards.  If you are a bit pedantic with colour combinations Stampin Up is your friend. They certainly have my vote.

Colour Creations Week 16 Coastal Cabana

Hi everyone. 

A group of Stampin Up Demonstrators and Hobbyists are working through each colour cuurently available in the catalogues. CoastalCabana is this week’s colour.  

Once again I have a new dies that I have not tried yet.  This weekly challenge gives me a chance to research and find the thought that I want to try.  The Everyday Arches Dies is going to become a favourite of mine, I think. I teamed it with Thankful Garden and Everyday Arches Stamp Set. 

While this card is a little smaller than I am use to, I will be made something similar in the near future. Isn’t it beautiful.

Colour Creations Week 4, Strawberry Slush

 Hi everyone, 

Week 4 In Colour Creations.  This week it is a 2025-2027 In Colour called Strawberry Slush.  I think it is a soft pink. 

Here is my example. I used a flower from Thankful Garden.  This bundle includes stencils, dies and stamps.  I used Strawberry Slush.  Each level of stencils, I just the same colour and went a little darker. I also used Old Olive when colouring the leaves and stems. Strawberry Slush was also used with Blending Brushes.  These can be purchased in larger and small.  They are quire useful to have in your craft room.

I like this.  It like quite elegant.  There is no sentiment so it can be used for any circumstances.
