Star of Light Stamp Set

Hi everyone

Christmas is nearly here.

This ia another christmas card where I had fun with the embossing tools.   Once  again I reduced my stock of cheaper cardstock.

You can buy the Stampin Up Heating Tool for $50.00.  A very good investment for creating your cards.

Hope you like it.

Star of Light and Starlight Thinlits Dies

Hi everyone,

I made this several weeks ago whilst in Adelaide with my mum.  Mum has just turned 90.  She also loves making cards.  We usually spend some time together creating cards when I visit.

I used the Star of Light Stamp Set and Starlight Thinlits Dies.  I used Night of Navy and Whisper White Cardstock with Silver Glimmer Paper.  I also used Pacific Point Stampin' Ink.

I hope you like this card.

Cardmaking weekend

When someone cooks a lot of meals in one day, people refer to ‘cooking up a storm.’  Well this weekend we created a storm of cards.

My husband was away all weekend with his club’s woodworking exhibition.  Our daughter and daughter-in-law visited and created lots of Christmas cards.   Today our daughter-in -law returned with her boys and created more.

Every year our daughter and daughter-in-law place a date in our dairies for several days to create our Christmas card supply for the coming season.  This is our last for 2017 Christmas.

The picture shows the chaos that reigned over the kitchen table today.  Two grandson also wanted to get into the act.  Master T also created his uncle's birthday card, with a little assistance from Mum, however the idea was his.
