Painted Lavender

 Hi everyone,

I just love lavender.  When I married 46 years ago my bridesmaids wore lavender.  When my mother and father married 73 years ago Mum’s bridesmaid and flower girl wore lavender and yellow.  When our daughter married 11 years ago her bridesmaid also wore purple.  There’s a bit of a theme going here, I think.

This card was created using Painted Lavender Stamp Set and Painted Lavender Dies which can be found in the Annual Catalogue ©2024 Stampin‘ Up!® on page 78.  I used the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder which is found on page 129.  The bees and Happy Birthday sentiment were from retired products.

Have you used Stampin Up products before. One of the reasons that I became a demonstrator/hobbyist was because I love the colour combos.  Stampin Up provides cardstock, ribbon, stamp pad, and matching designer series paper and sometimes matching glitz to enhance the cards.  If you are a bit pedantic with colour combinations Stampin Up is your friend. They certainly have my vote.

The current Annual Catalogue is available on this blog.
