Hi everyone,
Christmas cards are still being made in this house. This is very unusual. I usually start Christmas cards about the end of November. some things are different this year. Mum is hear for several months. She gets me going. 'How about this one, or how about if we do this and with that.' Secondly I am currently on long service leave. So I have all day to craft or patchwork or just sit and read. Heaven really.
These cards came about with Mum saying, 'how about embossing these stamps with white.' Mum made a card for our daughter recently where she embossed white onto navy. She was very proud of herself.
Peace to You Stamp Set can be found in the July - December 2022 Catalogue page 41 ©2022 Stampin‘ Up!®. Mum likes this one so much she is going to purchase one for herself.
I hope you like this one too.
Have you used Stampin Up products before. One of the reasons that I became a demonstrator/hobbyist was because I love the colour combos. Stampin Up provides cardstock, ribbon, stamp pad, and matching designer series paper and sometimes matching glitz to enhance the cards. If you are a bit pedantic with colour combinations Stampin Up is your friend. They certainly have my vote.
The current Annual Catalogue is available on this blog.

If you like this blog, and like learning a little about our family traditions or our lives while I inform you about the makings of the cards or quilts that I make, can you indicate by following me, (on the right hand side). Blogging is something new and I am still trying to get a handle on it.
Blessings
