Blessings of Home

Hi everyone,

Im watched my up-line in Stampin up do this spotlight technique on video live. (https://stampinpals.blogspot.com/2022/06/spotlight-on-blessings-of-home.html)  I was quite impressed with this technique, something that I have not tried before.  When I played with it I used different dies to cut the middle out.

Blessings of Home Stamp Set can be found in the Annual Catalogue 2022 Catalogue page 75 ©2022 Stampin‘ Up!®.

This is one of those times that I had mum on Skype making cards together.  ‘Does this go with that, or what about this.’  I chose the smaller die but Mum suggested the bigger die, which looked better.  I used the Scalloped Contour Dies that can be found on page 174.

If you have a close look, one is placed incorrectly.  Can you find it.

Have you used Stampin Up products before. One of the reasons that I became a demonstrator/hobbyist was because I love the colour combos.  Stampin Up provides cardstock, ribbon, stamp pad, and matching designer series paper and sometimes matching glitz to enhance the cards.  If you are a bit pedantic with colour combinations Stampin Up is your friend. They certainly have my vote.

The current Annual Catalogue is available on this blog.

If you like this blog, and like learning a little about our family traditions or our lives while I inform you about the makings of the cards or quilts that I make, can you indicate by following me, (on the right hand side). Blogging is something new and I am still trying to get a handle on it.
