Fancy Fun Fold

 Hi everyone, 

Sometimes a special card is required for your family member or a friend.  This card is exquisite with just a little bit extra.  This was another card that Mum asked me to help her with.  I hope you like my different examples. 

Daffodil Delight Cardstock

1pc - 4 1/8" x 8 7/8"  scored at 5 7/8"

1pc - 3" x 7 1/2" scored at 3 3/4"

Basic White Cardstock

1pc - scrap for flower

2pc- 2 3/4" x 3 1/2"

Hand Penned DSP

1pc - 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"

1pc - 3 7/8" x 2 5/8"

Take the large piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock and fold along the score line and hold so that the fold is to the left. Place the two pieces of DSP, one to the outside panel and one on the inside.

Fold the second piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock and hold so the score fold is to the right hand side. Open and add a piece of the whisper white to the left hand section.

Add adhesive to the back of the Daffodil Delight that had the Basic White panel to the front. Lay this into the centre of the larger dsp panel.

Close the dsp flap. Place Daffodil Delight flap over that.

On the remaining piece of Basic White stamp the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner.  Add this panel to the highland heather flap.

On a White Basic scrap stamp the flower in black ink, and colour the stamp. Fussy cut the coloured stamp and attached with dimensionals to the above flap on the left hand side. Finally place three small pearls 

This card is a really quick and easy Fancy Fold, and can be used for so many occasions by just changing the DSP and sentiment

Have you used Stampin Up products before. One of the reasons that I became a demonstrator/hobbyist was because I love the colour combos.  Stampin Up provides cardstock, ribbon, stamp pad, and matching designer series paper and sometimes matching glitz to enhance the cards.  If you are a bit pedantic with colour combinations Stampin Up is your friend. They certainly have my vote.
