Art With Heart Blog Hop Crumb Cake

Welcome to Colour Creations Blog Hop. This week's colour is Crumb Cake.

Whilst I use Crumb Cake many times it is not normally the main colour.   So once again Crumb Cake is part of the card but not the main colour.

As I walked home from the park the other day with our grandchildren, a long time neighbour and friend was out the front. Whilst talking to her a few tears were shed, and she informed me that her mum passed away twelve months ago today.   Once the grandchildren were collected, I sat down and created a card for our friend and hope that this little gesture helps to brighten her day. This card was created today and already gifted. I hope you like this card too.

I created this card with Crumb Cake, Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler cardstock. I also used Crumb Cake and Early Espresso stamp ink.  I used the Tufted Embossing Folder and Southern Serenade Stamp Set.  I coloured the stamp with Light and Dark Cherry Cobbler and Dark Old Olive Blenders.
