Tonight the Art with Heart team girls are sharing some creative projects by adding texture with embossing. Embossing can add a lovely dimension, and with our wonderful Stampin’ Up! products, we can create many different looks. These include Heat embossing using embossing powder, dry embossing using our textured folders or by adding embossing paste
I have been having fun during the last few weeks making Christmas cards. So when I decided to take part in this Blog Hop, a Christmas card was the obvious choice. However I wanted to stretch my skills. I found inspiration from Pinterest and YouTube. I am thrilled with my results. Still need more perfecting but a new skill
none the less.
This Christmas card was created using Night in Bethlehem Stamp
Set, Bethlehem Edgelits Dies, Crumb Cake, Early Expresso and Whisper White Cardstock. I used Crumb Cake and Early Expresso
Stamp Pads. For the first time I used the Heat Tool, Stampin’ Up Embossing Powder, (Clear) and Embossing Buddy. I had a great
time learning this new skill, and I am very pleased with my card. I
hope you enjoy this card as much as I’ve enjoyed learning this new skill.
